Lifeline Disabled Discretionary Trusts

If you wish to provide for a disabled person after you die, you can set up a Discretionary Trust for them, which will hold their inheritance in Trust.

However, the trustee does not have any right to the income from the Trust.

If you want to know more about how you can provide for a vulnerable person after you die, speak to one of our friendly team. Our Consultants can speak to you about your options and guide you smoothly through the whole process.
