Business BANKING CLOSURE

Welcome to Lifeline Legal Services

Here at Lifeline Legal Services Legal Services, we are dedicated to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you with a wide range of legal matters.  Our goal is to provide you with the guidance and support you need to achieve the best possible outcome for your case.

If you are a business  and your bank has told a client not to pay you (alleging it is a scam) and your bank has then closed your account (for no valid reason) we offer a fixed fee service to raise the matter with the bank and then the ombudsman.

We are then seeking clients to pursue a class action against the banks for these underhand tactics and we will discuss that with each client once we go through the process of raising the issue with the bank and the ombudsman.

We offer a FIXED FEE service of £395 for this initial process. PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP

DEBT RECOVERY - FOR BUSINESSES

Welcome to Lifeline Legal Services

We offer debt recovery services

Although our research shows that on average 86% of debts are paid upon receipt of a Lifeline Legal Services  Letter Before Action (LBA), in certain instances it will be necessary to take further action.

If your commercial debt remains unpaid, then we will tell you when the initial LBA has expired and invite you to instruct us further. For most debts the most appropriate next step will be to issue a claim or insolvency proceedings.

If  we send a Letter Before Action to your debtor but you do not receive a satisfactory response then the next stage in the legal process is to issue legal proceedings through the County Court. This is a formal process where the debtor will be sent a court form requiring them to pay the debt, plus interest and costs within 14 days. If the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applies, compensation of £40 – £100 per invoice will also be added to the value of the claim.

We don’t just blindly process claims in an automated fashion. Every claim is checked by a senior member of our Legal Department before being sent to the Court, to ensure you are suing the right person in the right way and that we are giving you the very best service possible.
